Hmm need to go through guidance notes as i cannot find this info using ctrl+F.shy_sandeep wrote:Ya totally.
So as I understand, I can show 12months earnings before I began studying? Like, 12months earnings -> 1 yr masters -> then applying tier1 general
Can you please point me to any document which clarifies this.. I could nowhere find info where your student time need not be counted.
Thanks a lot.
Sorry! There were few updateson Oct 2009 for the Tier 1 General guidancechetanojha wrote:Sorry I didn't made it clear. When you apply for Tier-1 you can use 12 consecutive months from 15 months immediate before you started studies. Make sense?shy_sandeep wrote:So there is no way one can shift from student to Tier 1 (general)?
Mostly the students will not be able to claim the points before 15 months prior to their applicationIn line with the Immigration Rules change the guidance has been amended to remove the provision for migrants in full time education to claim points for earnings obtained outside of the 15 months immediately prior to their application.
