my residence card application was refused in HUNGARY (marriage of convenience)
so what does it mean, every member state will consider my marriage a marriage of convenience.
I am so nervous that I dont even want to apply the SHORT STAY VISA FOR IERLAND.
does this decision is shared with other member states, when my further applications are being processed
feel free to ask further question about my situation

A temporary entry stamp can be issued at the border, if the Immigration Officer is convinced of the genuineness of the marriage. To the best of my knowledge, there is no requirement that he
must issue it immediatly on the presentation of a marriage certificate.
EU states share intelligence on immigration applications and the declaration that your marriage is a marriage of convenience by the Hungarian authorities will likely be visible to the IO at the UK or the Irish border/airport and so there is a good chance that they could deny you an entry stamp and ask you to submit a full application, with proof.
