What is the meaning of dependent in this case.

How is the dependency considered? How can I prove they are dependent on me?

I wish to invite my Mum and Dad over.I am a holder of an EEA Residence Card.

Are you an EEA national, or your spouse/partner is?

Dependency is usually financial - i.e. you send them money every month as they have no income of their own. It can also be if they require you to take care of them, e.g. health problems, and they have no other family member that lives with or near them.

My wife is an EEA National.

I always thought the dependency will be financial.So what sort of documented proof of financial dependency can I prepare?

Should I keep and provide copies of money transfer slips etc.
