EU Settlement Scheme for Extended FM

I intend to start this thread to help and empower each other facing challenges while applying for pre-settled status under the EU settlement scheme for extended family members other than the durable partner.

1) what is the process of applying for Pre-settled status?

2) what documents do they need?

3) have they made the required changes in the appendix EU?
