PR card not yet received but received an email from DX saying your Home Office item has been dispatched. In the body of the email it says "Your Biometric Residence Permit is scheduled for delivery today." so, only an educated guess, I think the card will be delivered shortly. No sign or indication of docunents/passports being returned yet.

Looks like 100 days to process and PR surinder singh case. Will let you know once received.

I know this is for timelines only, but I think this is relevant. My wife had to take a day off work to wait in for DX to deliver the RC. They had tried, we were at work, then they sent a letter to contact them, which we did, the call was automated, and they don't deliver at weekends.

COA received : didn't receive, despite 2 emails requesting it.

Documents returned : 08/05/2018 with letter stating that PR card will be delivered in 10 days. PR acquired in 2013.

Divorced in 2014 and provided a certified copy of ex ID which was expired.

My situation I thought was tricky as I didn't officially apply for ROR and my resident permit expired in 2014 (I was told by many government agenies that I was illegal).

I continued working with the expired permit and also attended university up until June 2017. I only had CSI in my final year of uni as I stopped working part time and I also had a baby in my final year (I qouted Saint-Prix case law).

Information from this forum enabled me to structure my application very well and include a cover letter detailing my situation confidently. Not giving the HO any wiggle room to refuse the application, as the moderators would often say.

Had to collect from DX depot.

Folks please be aware that the photo you send with your application will not be on your card. It is the photo that is done when doing your biometrics. I look horrid on my card. Tragic and horrid in fact

Dear Obie, All went fine until I received My PR card but there is one problem that I havent receive decision letter all I have got receive my all documents and one letter by Case worker with stating I am returning your documents and you ll receive your permanent residence card within 10 working days that it. and after two days I receive my PR card but there is no any decision letter is that ok ?
