Probably worth mentioning that my wife has an EEA PR (which I sent with my application) effective from January 2017 and that my EEA residence card expired (or as they put it had a renewal date) on the 9th of August. We've been living together in the UK for 7 and a half years, but were married in January 2013. We also have a daughter aged 15 months who is a UK citizen.

my soliciter called today to say all our documents have been posted back
with my wifes new 10 year bpr card included

my solicitor cant believe how fast it was 3 weeks in total we are over
