Our case was decided on 26th of October according to the letter from HO.Online status still states "awaiting decision ".

Non-EEA applicant’s Passport,
One Bank statement of every 6 months, (for Both on same address)
Tenency agreements on both of your names,
Govt. or HMRC letters at the same address of your EEA spouse.
Parting, get together, festival - Photographs together,
Holiday together (flight tickets and hotel booking),
That’s all you will required to prove your true relationships with EEA spouse.
