Pre settlement for non-EU with brp card holder

Post by LSI1503 » Tue Jan 21, 2020 3:59 pm

Hi,

I applied pre settlement scheme on 26/12/19, and received COA on same day.

But still I haven't had any decision email from Home office. And no contact from Home office as well for documents or something....

I read others timeline and most of people get a decision in a month.

Should I contact to Home office? Do I need to worry about?

Hello

It takes time. You applied on Christmas and we are still in January. Last time I helped someone it took 3 months for the application to go through. The CoA is quick because it's automatic but rest will take time. There is nothing to do to speed up the process.

But this varies a lot depending on many factors beyond your control. You may find someone to tells you "I got it within 4 weeks". Still, other would report 6 months+ There is no baseline here.
