Eligibity for Naturalisation

Post by domolathiat39 » Mon Oct 13, 2014 5:59 pm

Dear Senior Members

I am a BC ,my wife just got her ILR
She first came in UK in January 2010 as student. We got married in January 2012 after 2 years on spouse visa she just got her ILR
My question is she is eligible for naturalisation now or does her 3 years starts from when we got married.
Thanks

She can apply now provided she meets the requirements and has LIUK and English B1.

Any legal stay in the UK counts towards the 3 years residence for spouse of British Citizen.
