Email from UKVI - Visa Decision

Hi

Asking on behalf of friend he got Skilled Worker Visa decision today from UKVI that his visa has been granted successful he still need to get his passport

Is it recently UKVI emailing Visa decision by email?
He thought he will get decision letter hard copy along with his passport only?

Why can your 'friend' not register on the forum and ask his own questions instead of you posting a new topic with each question you have for this 'friend'??

Email is the decision and has been the case for some visa categories for a while now. He will get passport with his visa vignette and MIGHT get a hard copy letter, he might NOT.
