I have been working for company over 3 month and last week my boss told me that they have financial problems.
He called me to his office and he told me he can't keep me working anymore and he gave me one month notice to look for job .
My question please is :
Does he have the right to do that ?
Because i am working over 3 month exactly 4 months and few days .
Also when he advert the job is been permanent position.
Many thanks in advance

Yes he can give you notice if he wishes to, your employment contract would state that very clearly.
This is not an immigration question though.
