Just wondering what is people's experience about working with people from their own countries?

If you are from India/Pakistan then would you consider/prefer working with someone from Indian or Pakistan? If not then why not?

job is job no matter who you work for as far as you treated properly in job .
so it realy would not make any difference who somebody work for .
