English Language Test requirement for dependant family member

Hi All,
I have ILR. My wife will be making her partner-dependant extension application soon. She had done her IELTS back home 2years ago when she applied first time as my dependant to come to the UK. She has also completed her education(degree) back home in the English language.
For her partner-dependant extension application can she reuse her IELTS which was done 2 years ago and her degree qualification (she doesn't have UK Naric though)??

At what level was the IELTS that she did before?
