enquiry about the residential qualifying period

hi everyone, i need some clarifications regarding my qualifying period and the presence on the start of qualifying period please.
i arrived to the uk on 13th of july 2011
my appointment with NCS on saturday the 12th of july 2014 which means the home office most likely to receive my application on the 14th of july 2014
however i already booked my holiday on sunday 13th july.

my question is can i travel on the 13th of july or do i have to wait for the home office to receive my application to meet the requirement of (residential qualifying period)? and what is the earliest date i can travel. thanks in advance everyone

oooops sorry i forgot to say i can t he uk on spouse visa, and the 3 years apply to me

You can travel once your application has been submitted at NCS. There is no longer a need to be in the UK when the HO receives your application.
