Polish national visa and past Schengen visa

Hi.
I'm Polish citzen. My wife is Indonesian. She was in Poland from 27.07.2022 to 21.10.2022 (87 days) on Schengen visa. We took a marriage during her visit. Now she's got Polish national visa from 27.12.2022. We'd like to visit Italy first and after go to Poland.
My question is: does she has 3 days only in Schengen area until finish 180 days period (about 23.01.2023)? Could be a problem if she stay more than 3 days in Italy?
