Spain Non lucrative visa bank account requirement Q

Hi everyone,

I’m a British national, living in the UK, 60, wanting to retire to Spain.

I have a pension of UKP 1100 pm and i can afford to buy a house there up to UKP 140k w/o mortgage. I have no debts.

I want to apply for a non-lucrative visa, but given the above info do i still need to have the full 26,000 Euros in my bank account or is it somehow pro-rated to account for other assets?
