Travel plan changed Schengen Visa

Hi,
In the visa application, I presented a travel plan along with the flights tickets. Plans have changed a little.
The question is, can I change the itinerary, i.e. the date and place of the first country of arrival, than specified in the visa application? The main country of residence will not change. Can I have problems with entering the country at the airport?
