I am move to uk on september and my husband live in italy, my husband is italian now i want to apply italian passport in uk so it is necessary to register in A.I.R.E me and my husband?

AIRE is for things like voting in elections whilst abroad.
If your Italian spouse moves abroad (eg, the UK) they should register.

I am in uk and husband in italy previous i had eea family permit now i have resident card
