Experts... Please help , very urgent

Tier 2 G- Change of Employment
Previous status - Tier4 - PSW - Tier2G

I resigned my job 21 OCT 2015
Employer notified UKBA 30 OCT 2015

Job 1 : I got new job , new employer issued CoS
Job 2 : I got another job, which i wanna have it my safer side, now the second employer chasing me to issue CoS

My concern , As (Job 1) employer CoS is live , Can the second (Job 2) employer create another CoS?

If he can , will that affect the existing CoS ?

If he can create CoS and If it wont affect the current CoS , I can ask to issue another CoS , just in case first application goes wrong , i can use second one

Please help , very urgent

As far as I am aware, a migrant cannot have two active CoS in his name. Moonlight55 might have more detail.

i'm just thinking play a trick with 2nd employer telling them my current employer not removed CoS. And ask them a week time
I'm just bother whether any employer can see the X person details through their SMS acct where the X person is currently employed (they shldnt know i'm in new job , i wud lose 2nd offer)
