Family Visa for wife and savings

My wife and I secured a marriage visa in May this year and we subsequently got married in September.
We are now applying for a family visa to allow her stay for the next 2.5 years.
I am relying on my savings as the financial requirement which meet the requirement via two different accounts - I can show evidence of this from my banks who have proof stamped the statements.
One of the accounts is an isa which I moved to a new provider with a better interest 12 month rate in October. Again I have bank paperwork showing this.
First question - can anyone confirm the 62.5k can be made up of two accounts showing the last 12 months?
Second question - can anyone foresee an issue that I moved the money from my isa to another bank in October?
