Fees for Tier 2 (General) Extension

I have just notice that Tier 2 (general) application cannot be made online any more. You can only apply throught paper form. so if paper form is avaialble that means we have to post application and cannot use premium service ?

what is the fees ffor postal application for Tier 2 extension (3 years or less)
NHS surcharge is 600 pounds

You can still apply for premium service with the paper form.

Its unfortunate but

You can apply online with priority post (951) or ordinary post(651)

For Premium you need paper form and it is (1051)

As you already know on top of it for all three cases health surcharge of 600

You cant use online form for premium you need the paper pdf form
