Financial Requirements for ILR Spouse 5 years route

My wife had spent total 9 years in total in the UK and she spend the last 5 years as spouse/partner visa and the 4 years before that were under Tier 2 dependent. I want to apply for new visa now, do we apply for ILR now as the HO last letter says we can apply for settlement. If yes than which application form do I need to submit and what are the requirements?
She has 4 months in the passport till expiry, do we need to renew that prior to the visa application or 4 months are enough as her visa running out in 20 days so we don’t have enough time to renew her passport!
Please kindly share the application link and any help would be high appreciated.

Assuming she has had 60 months of residence under the 5-year spouse route then she can apply within 28 days of completing her 60 months. Use form SET(M): https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-m
The passport simply needs to be valid on the date of application

I have submitted application for my spouse and they calculated threshold of £24,800, they need payslip of my wife only or both our payslips. My wife work part time she doesn’t have this amount of salary. Also they asking if you have savings of £24,800 so is it saving plus salary or one or the other?
Please help if anyone here has info regarding that

Besides your spouse, how many children did you also apply for or include in the application?
Did you find out the financial requirements before applying?How do you intend to meet the financial requirements?
Cash savings definitely not £24,800.

Myself and my 2 children are British citizens. In the application they only asked how many children you have no further information asked.

You must NOT include children if they are British citizens

I have already submitted the SET M application, the question in the application was asked how many children do you have? Not clear enough!
How can I amend that as the application is already submitted now. And what is the financial requirements in that case. Please can you explain

No need to correct anything. The requirement is to satisfy the financial requirement for the person who is applying. The financial requirement is £18,600

Is this £18,600 salaries for both or do we have to have them in the account? Or both? Sorry i am stupid with Imigration problems.

The requirement is to prove you earn a minimum of £18,600 per annum, either jointly or just one of you. It is not about having that amount of money in the bank.
