Hey everybody.
Currently getting my visa extension ready that expires next month.
Long story short, i'm a self employed joiner that has subcontracted to a building firm for nearly 2 years under the CIS scheme. When doing the financial requirement section of the form, it has asked for the following-
-If not required to produce annual audited accounts, unaudited accounts for the last full financial year and an accountant's certificate of confirmation, from an accountant who is a member of a UK Recognised Supervisory Body (as defined in the Companies Act 2006) or is a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA).
As a subcontractor under the CIS scheme, i don't have any accounts for this as my tax gets deducted every week and i submit a tax return for my over payed tax (which an Accountant does).
Has anyone got any experience with this? or something similar? I don't want to be denied because i cant provide anything for that.
Thanks in Advance!
