Financially Dependant widow mother

Hi,
My parents have been financially dependant on me for 20+ years. I have kept receipts. They live in Bangladesh.
My father had passed away recently. I have a younger brother but he is not financially capable of looking after my mother.
Is there any way I can bring her to UK permanently or on a long term visa to live with me ?

ADR visas are the hardest to get. It's almost impossible for you to bring your mother on a long term visa to the UK.

The UK doesn't allow chain migration.

Financial dependence is irrelevant for Adult Dependent Relative visas. Indeed, it seems that she and you can manage fine by transferring money from the UK to her country of habitual residence regularly.

Financial dependence was relevant for dependent applications under EU law, but that boat has of course sailed quite a while ago.

Long term plan would be to move to Ireland, acquire citizenship there after living there for five years, then move to another EU country to trigger EU laws and then you could apply in that third EU country for your mother to live with you there.

But there aren't any options under UK laws. The number of ADR visas issued in the last few years have been in single digits a year down to zero in some years.
