First Time British Passport for my Son

Post by prats1972 » Mon Nov 10, 2014 8:32 am

I am planning to apply for my son's First time British Passport. Currently he holds an Indian Passport.
I am British by birth. But I took my British Passport on 2013. My son was born on 2008 and at that time I had Indian Nationality. Would this impact his application for British Passport? Is he eligibile for British Passport by Descent despite the fact that I held Indian Nationality at the time of his birth.

Can you clarify what you meant by "British by Birth"?
Where and when were you born?
