FLR(M) Documents

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the documents required for FLR(M) spouse route please?
I am married to a British Citizen (By Birth) since Dec 2012.
I am currently on TIER 1(General) and unable to extend it due to shortage in financial requirement.

You are aware that your route to ILR will be resent from 0 when you switch to FLR(M) and you will have to wait 5 years.

Thanks. I am hoping to achieve my financial target. But I am preparing for the worst. I know I had to wait 5 years my other option is after 2.5 year being on FLR(M) going down the long residency route as I will be UK for 10 years in 2017. Do you think I will be able go down that route?

One more question I have claim English language points on my previous Tier 1 application. Do you a PBS print out will suffice?
