FLR (FP) for elderly parent

Post by sami098 » Wed May 08, 2019 12:44 pm

Hi,
I'm in desperate need of having an advice on how to keep my elderly mother with me in U.K. She arrived on visit visa but due to family circumstances, she stayed with us for over 2 years now. I applied for her 10 years route family visa under compensationate, private life and human rights article 8 through a solicitor but application was refused. I had to put in JR but the appeal for case hearing was not even allowed from U.K. I was told by HO that My mother need to lodge appeal from her country of origin. I lost the JR case as well.
I'm very desperate to find out if there are people out there who managed to get similar sort of visa or some professional who has dealt with such cases with high success rates.
Your advice and support will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Sami.

What family and compassionate circumstances??
How old is she?

What ties to home country did she submit for her visitor visa?

What ties to home country like family does she have?

What is your immigration status?

It is the highest refusal route since the route was tightened in July 2012. This will also have closed the door in any future visit visas.
