FLR(M). Section 4.4 british children

Post by fariza » Mon Sep 14, 2015 12:36 pm

Hello,

Appreciate if you could help me with the following question concerning FLR(M). I am switching from Tier 2 to FLR(M). My husband is a British citizen, he has 2 children who live with their mother. The children are born in UK and they are British citizens.
Questions: Do i need to mention them in the form FLR(M), specifically section 4.4. If yes, do i need to provide their birth certificates?

Thank you,
Fariza

Thank you for the quick reply, it was very helpful. Would you please advise on an additional question in the same section 4.4 R.. who is financially responsible for the children. The children live with their mum but my husbands contributes financially. What is the correct wording for this question given the children are not subject to UK immigration
