FLR (m)

Post by mhmrahman » Tue Nov 11, 2014 7:35 pm

HELLO ALL
I am new user of this site. wants to ask a lot if any one can help please....
I think better to explain about my immigration history first...
I came as a student in Augest 2004 and extend my visas until 2008 as a student. then I changed to psw till 2010. then changed to tier 1 (G) till 2013 and extended till May 2016. Mean while I got married in Pakistan in 2006 and my wife gave birth to a girl in oct 2007. they both (my wife and daughter) join me in London united kingdom as my dependant in November 2008.
then my wife gave birth to two boys in London united kingdom in Augest 2010 and in april 2013.
my 10 years completed in Augest 2014 and I applied for ILR on long residency basis and got it end of last month within 2 and half month.

now I need to sort out my family visas.
I will apply for my 2 sons born in uk for naturalisation strait away and will get it.
but question are:
1. do I need to apply for both (my daughter and my wife) under FLR (M) form?
2. can I or should I apply for my daughter under set (F)
3. my wife, daughter and one son went back home for personal reason in November 2011 to june 2012 for exactly 210 days. is there will be any problem in their future visas? or do I not needs to worry about this gap as it was before last two years????
I will be thankful if someone can help.....

thanking you

2. can I or should I apply for my daughter under set (F) No, she will need to switch to FLR(M) with your wife.

Your wife and daughter will be on a new 5 year route to ILR. They will not be able to use the time already spent as PBS dependents towards ILR.
