Hello Everyone,

I have to submit my spouse visa extension soon, could you please confirm these documents enough to submit

* Proof of Income £18600 (Job contract with 6 payslips with bank statements)
* English Language Certificate
* my wife ex husband death certificate
* my marriage certificate
* my wife passport
* all kids passports and birth certificates
* my passport
* my current visa card


these 5 proof of addresses for last 2 years with my name and my wife name together

* last 2 years Proof of Council Tax Bill
* last 2 years proof of Electric & Gas Bills
* last 2 years proof of Water Bill
* proof of School letter for my kids (one letter 2 years old which i submitted when i got spouse visa first time and other latest current date school letter i got too)
* GP letter where GP mentioned, me and my wife registered over 2 years with home address

Apart from above proof of addresses i am submitting these proof of addresses but these are under 3 months:

* Phone bill
* vote polling card
* credit card statement
* muslim marriage certificate (my same address mention on it)
* bank statement


My address is same from first extension,
If any documents should i submit so please reply,

Letter from Employer etc.... A2 English.....

See the specified evidence required (click).

I have already wrote that Job contract where everything mentioned and i have already written that i m submitting english language

A letter not contract as per:

(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
(i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

And you didn’t say A2 English, hence why I stated it.

These all things written in contract i have written about english in first para as you can read but thanks for all info, i will attach my degree from this country so should be fine

I am filling form of FLRM for an spouse visa extension and i am stuck about this question can someone guide me which one i should click on,


question is

Do u own or rent your home

* i own
* i rent (when i click here two option comes 1: Council Tenant 2: Housing Association)
* neither own nor rent

And i am living with my wife and kids, The council gave this house to my wife as a temporary accommodation, she informed to council when i started to live with her we used to live at the same place when i got first time spouse visa too but that time form was manual i just wrote rent but don’t know what to do this time.

You still pay rent when living in council temporary accomodation.
