Hello there, after getting refused my visa which was ILR, I applied my child’s dependent visa on my british child holder. Can I apply now same day visa on my child based and if not then how long will take to receive my parent's visa on general basis?

What is your UK immigration history?

Why was your ILR refused?

Do you still have a valid visa?
