No Funds Maintenance, Cohibatation proofs asked for ILR ?

Hello,

I am applying for the ILR of my wife and Children as PBS Dependents (Points Based System) as they completed 5 years in the UK. I filled their applications online and while going through the documents required section generated after filling up their forms, I am not able to see any

1) Funds Maintenance documentation requirements, No Bank account statements, not even the pay-slips are listed as documents they required under the documents required section
2) No proof of co-habitation has been listed either

I am beginning to question if the online portal selected the right form ? Will appreciate if someone can clear the doubts

I had settled on ILR having come to the UK as a Tier-1 (General) migrant and went on to become british citizen last year in September.

1. You must've submitted payslip & bank statement with your application. There's no maintenance requirements for dependents.

2. Cohabitation proofs will be needed for your spouse. I know it's sure for tier 2 to ILR route.

What form are you filling btw?

Hi Srsw,

1. Yes, think I would have submitted my payslip and bank statements at the time of my ILR two years ago

2. Reading other messages would indicate cohabitation proofs are needed, only that they have not been asked explicitly on my family ILR application !

I am filling Set(O) form.

The checklists are generic. You are required to prove subsisting relationship as stated in the immigration rules and guidance notes. This is 2 years cohabitation evidence.

Thanks CR001. By this measure, should I also be submitting proof for funds maintenance as I see those listed in the documents "family-members-of-sw-migrants-v19.0-gov-uk" and "SW_Dependant_Guidance_09-2020_v1.0"

Excerpts from Skilled workers dependent policy guidance document below

"If the Tier 1 migrant is outside the United Kingdom or has been present in the United Kingdom for less than 12 months, you must show that you, the Tier 1 migrant, or (for children) your other parent have at least £1890 to support you; this is in addition to any funds the Tier 1 migrant needs to prove they have enough money to support themselves"

There is NO maintenance or financial requirment for PBS dependents applying for ilr. No evidence is needed
