Hi,try to get the refusal letter from Home office to know why your application is refused and also to know if you have right of appeal,if you don't have right of appeal, you can make fresh application, attached a letter from your G.p or Mental health team if you have one,in the application don't tell them that you want to stay close with your Aunty, also get letter from your Aunty saying the reasons why she cannot accommodation you,you can say going to another city will have negative effects on your mental health, moreover Nass support you don't have a choice,I was In England and I was sent to Scotland where I don't have anybody it is really frustrating and stressful going to a city you didn't plan for due to accommodation.
Dear Stillwaiting2020,

Really thanks a lot for your valuable / detailed reply, its really appreciated.

Ok, i will send an email shortly to Home office on below mentioned emails to send me the letter of refusal, then will act accordingly.

AsylumSupportAssessmentTeam2@homeoffice.gov.uk

complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

Or can tell me any Email address + Contact Number of Home Office to contact, it will help me.

I will update you accordingly.

Have a Good day.
Dear Stillwaiting2020,

Hope you are fine and doing well, i called Migrant Help and they confirmed that they sent an email to Home Office to provide me the refusal letter along with the refusal reason, hopefully i will get it within this week, then i will act accordingly.

I sent GP letter, Supporting letter from Acute day treatment unit & appointment letter from NHS WellBeing team for Cognitive behavioral therapy to Migrant Help and to the Home Office as well, let c what will be the outcome.

This is the Update till now.

Have a good day.

Hi,the only way to contact Home office is through migrant Help, but there is another organisation that advice people about Nass suport, there name is ASAP.let's wait if you can get the letter from Home office after that you will know the way forward,if you use any food bank you can also get letters from them to support your claim.I will advice you to ring ASAP,their number is on there website.don't send any document to Home office anymore until you get the refusal letter.if you have appeal right you can appeal but if you don't have appeal right you can make another application.goodluck

Dear,

Really thanks a lot for your detailed reply again, i talked with Migrant Help, East London Tribunals Service, First-tier Tribunal, Asylum Support Appeal Project and BritishRedCross, they all said wait for the Refusal letter to get to know the refusal reason then act accordingly.

I also called Home Office but in different department, the Lady was really helpful, she took all my details and send to the concerned department and asked them to do the needful as soon as possible.

I will update you once i will receive the refusal letter.

Take care.

Have a Good Day.

I wrote to the complaints department but got a generic email saying I have to wait. Others have been lucky and got a better response so it worth a try.

Hi can anyone with further submissions successful applications on child 7 year route share their time line please , or if you are waiting after further submissions or been asked to do your finger prints

I did my further submissions in Oct 2018 hasn’t been asked to do finger prints as yet still waiting
Thanks
Hi
Did you get biometric yet. I am also in same situation as you did further submission October 2018 on 7 year route and recently made update sending my daughter's British citizen register certificate as my second daughter registered as British citizen. made a complaint few days before. still nothing to hear.

one of our friend family granted their visa based on child 7 year route within 8 weeks after further submission made. don't know why it takes this long for us.
Hi
Any updates regarding your application, bio metric letter or any contact from home office ?
I am still in same situation waiting patiently no updates

Hi thanks for the update ,
Well I did put a complaint in last September and they replied that they will make a decision on my application within next 7 months , just guessing depending on forum experience I think it take about 19 months I think you will receive a biometric letter before end of this month , and then another month for grant . Fingers crossed

Hi,
Further submission not always require interview most cases they grant based on evidence. and I didn't get any interview yet. I don't think they will give me interview too because I have submitted all my new evidence and believe they are strong enough to get it.

@senu when they ask for further submission, what kind of evidence do they ask? Wouldn't you have provided it already when you initially applied?
