Asylum

Post by Farhadtajik67 » Mon Jun 17, 2019 10:50 pm

Hello everyone,

Ive done fresh claim in 2017 but the HO refused my fresh claim so we decided to go for JR.
The permission was granted for JR but the HO sent us a letter stating that they will reconsider they’re decision within 3 months and asked us to take back our application for JR.

After few weeks HO sent me letter saying that my BRP needs to be done witching 5 working days. So I did the BRP on the 16th may.

Does anyone know why the HO said they will reconsider theyr deduction and why they sent me BRP ?

Could anyone help me please?

Thank you

You are likely to get leave to remain within 6 to 8 weeks.

I’ve submitted my fresh claim on the 10th July 2017 and got decision around September 2018.
I think they will make a decision anytime soon.
I hope it’s a positive decision.
