BRP Renewal - have ILR

I am having problem in renewing my Settlement BRP card. I am applying online using the "Update, replace or transfer - biometric residence permit or card". I applied two times just before my BRP card validity expired, and on both occasions when the form was completed it came as NTL application and there was no fee to be paid. The HO rejected the application both times stating that fees is to be paid for replacement BRP. Second time when applied I included a cover letter stating that I was unable to find any payment options as the form was automatically generated with Zero payment and as NTL. When rejected as invalid, they mentioned that I should yous BRP(RC) application and I cannot find this application anywhere on the HO website. Any suggestions as to how this can be resolved. I need BRP card to travel abroad.

Do you have Settled Status under the EUSS scheme or ILR under any other provisions of the Immigration Rules?

When were you first issued with the Settlement BRP?

I got ILR along with my mother who was on Tier 2 in 2013. I renewed the BRP in 2018 and was valid until last month.

Just so that you are aware, any new BRP you get will also only be valid till 31st December 2024 as they are being phased out.

Simplest would be to apply for citizenship.

I do know that the new BRP they are issuing will be valid only until Dec 2024. However, I do not want British citizenship at this stage.
I tried several times using the BRP replacement option, and as soon as I select that I have ILR, then the application will end up as NTL with zero payment.
There are no other application option seen on the HO for BRP (RC) as indicated by the HO.
Any suggestions or any one else is experiencing the same problem?

Please, respect the fact that we do not have access to the online forms and the questions asked in the forms or your responses to the questions. Perhaps you answered something incorrectly or ticked something, perhaps not. Mny have applied and been successful using the same link you have
