I moved to a new address 2 weeks ago and as per the requirement, I am trying to fill up a 'Change of Circumstance' form to inform the Home Office but the form that I found in the gov.uk website states that 'The form is to be used for applications made on or after 26 April 2014 whereas my application was made before that. Would it be okey to just fill up the form and Send it?
Here is where I downloaded the form from:

It is referring to the MCC (change in circumstance) form applications, not entry clearance or visa application date.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
