FLR (o) REFUSED URGENT HELP NEED

Dear all respected members and seniors,
I hope you are all doing well, i have been refused for FLR(O) application, under the human rights and my claim has been unfounded said By HOME OFFICE.
I have been living in the uk for past 8 years, have done BSC CHEMISTRY, and couldnt do a dissertation due to illness, and university told me that i cant do my hons degree, because i have completed 5 years limit in my course.
i applied for FLR(O) to get another year from home office and complete my dissertation to have an HONS degree instead of just pass.
I have paid £55,000 altogether to achieve my degree, also i am only 2 years away from 10-years route.

Need you kind advice, what shall i do next ?

I can't see any human rights issue here, surely you came here to study not to become resident?

Student visa was never a path to that.

i have lived enough here, and do not want to go back.

Not 'wanting to go back' unfortunately is not grounds for a human rights application and to be honest, 8 years is not really that long.

also, visa officer have given the wrong dates of my immigration history also he or she said i got refused in sep 2009 but i have never got refused, this is the first time i got refused (2017), also he or she said it has been 6 years i have been living in the uk, where it is 8 altogether not 6...
