New ILR system -Sopra Steria super priority

Hi,
I wanted to see if anyone here has applied for Super Priority ILR application through the new system. I have applied for my ILR in last week of December 2018 and I am still waiting. When you call the call centres, they don’t seem to be of any help. It is a really worrying since this service is due to reply in 24 hours.

Has anyone recently applied ILR through the new system, share their experience.
