Hello Folks. I applied for Sole representative visa. And I called UKVI on 12-04-2021, and they informed me that decision has been made. But still I haven't officially received emailed from caseworker, or refusal letter. How much time it usually takes to arrive passport or any email?

Visa Application: Representative of an Overseas Business.
Biometric: 31-03-2021
Location: Karachi Pak.
UKVI Paid Email: Under Consideration (08-04-21)
UKVI Paid Email: Decision made but no date provided. (12-04-2021)
Till now no any response from vfs or UKVI for passport collection or decision made email.
Do any one have idea how much time it will take?
And is it normal to not receive official Decision emails.
