Hi
I am to apply for my father visit visa. He is active 70 years old elderly person. I have ILR . I am a full time NHS employee and have enough funds to sponsor him. He has not traveled internationally before and has good family ties in Pakistan. My father does not work and financially we all siblings fully support him.
Being his sponsor I will attach my supporting documents like accommodation, bank statement, employee letter etc. But essentially I do not have any documents from his side to show apart from his passport and local authority family certificate showing family ties, with wife and 3 children's back in Pakistan.
I ma not sure if only passport and family ties would serve as enough evidence for his successful sponsored visit visa application
Thank you!

Why no bank statement?

Hi
He is unemployed. Financially he is supported by his children's. He does have bank account but essentially it does not show any activity.
I am concerned about the success of his visit visa application based upon my sponsorship documents and only his passport and local authority family certificate showing his good family ties back home. Or there is anything else that could be helpful in this regard.
Thank you

Real estate or property with documents? Besides support from children, any income source no matter how little?
Besides family ties, what other reasons can you state that will prove returning to home country after the visit?

Hi
I need to apply for my father visit visa. He is an active 70 years old man. He is unemployed and financially depends upon his children;s. He has not had any foreign travel before. He has no property /land on his name and has no active bank account. I want my father and younger sister to visit me in UK for couple of weeks.
I am full time NHS employed and has ILR.
Could anyone say words what could be best option in his case out of following.
1-} My sister should sponsor my father. She is also fulltime employed in Pakistan and have enough funds to sponsor her own self and my father. I will invite them to visit me. Approaching this way can show his good family and financial ties back home to support his return back to home country ?????????
2-) Or I should sponsor my father for family visit and let my sister apply for herself separately on standard tourist visa. ???
As my father does not have property /land on his name or established bank statement I am not sure how can I support his application with strong evidence supporting his return back home after short UK visit.
Thanks!

Your dad is a senior citizen, understandable.

I go with this option. Even though I'm not sure what you mean by both options. Is your sister not going to state that she has a family in the UK when asked?
As my father does not have property /land on his name or established bank statement I am not sure how can I support his application with strong evidence supporting his return back home after short UK visit.
You just have to chuck what you have at it. Hopefully you have a healthy account. That should help.
Thanks!
