Refund due to late reply from Super priority service

Hi,

Has anyone applied for refund. I had applied for my biometrics on 31/12/2018 and I got an email on 11/02/19 that my ILR status has been granted. I had an automated reply to one of my complaint email that I can ask for refund if there has been no reply in 24 hours of application. However, it did not state the process of seeking refund.

Can anyone who has applied share their experiences.
