I already made two application with in one and half month and unfortunately both have been refused what you think still need to reapply

I have applied for Visitor Visa for myself and my family. We have enrolled our Biometrics on 5th april. We all received an email today from UK Visas and Immigration British Embassy Abu Dhabi with GWF in the subject stating Your UK visa application has been issued. Please let me know what will be the outcome as i haven't received any mail yet for passport collection.

Actually I submitted a doctor letter from surgery in Pakistan where they confirmed my mum is elderly and on wheel chair and unable to travel due disabilities and she included her grand son to provide her assistance and career during visits
my nephew age is 20 years and he is full time student in degree college.
The college confirmed he is our full time student and approved his leave for 21 days to visit UK along with her grandmother
