Visitor Visa - Email from UKVI Decisions

Hi there,

I have recently received this email from UKVI Visa Decisions <UKVIvisa.decisions@fcdo.gov.uk> regarding visit visa outcome for my mother.

As far as I am aware UKVI doesn't send decision out in email. Has anybody encountered this?

I have not opened the attachment as I think this is Spam.

Attachment removed as you have not removed all identifiable infornation, ie GWF number specific to your mother.

It is also not spam!!

Decisions do get sent by email.
