waiting for IHS payment link

Hi All,

anyone can help

my husband recieved email to say he needs to submit passport to the TLS centre and that shortly he will receive the IHS payment link. That was 2 weeks ago and we have emailed sheffield asking for them to send it.

Does anyone know how long it could take? there is no number to call.

we are getting really really frustrated and feel afraid as this is the one thing standing in our way to deposit his passport and get his visa.

any advice would be deeply appreciated
