General UK Visitor visa Help needed please!

Hello Gurus,

I would like to help my friend who is a Doctor to apply for a General Visitor Visa to the UK for leisure purpose and he will be staying in hotels because he want to look around the England therefore I need some help and advice about what kind of documents should we include in the application to have successful? I meant to get more chances of getting the visa!

Thank you CROO1 it is really useful, Basically in the website it says to provide the documents to prove the income and he is having a private hospital in his name so should we have to provide the original property deeds or a copy is fine? also it is not in English Language therefore does it have to be translated in to English?
