Going to home country after seven years

Post by Rizwan123 » Fri Jul 05, 2019 10:38 pm

I have claimed asylum with my family seven years ago, asylum refused but I am submitting case on seven years basis, does anyone know if we can go to our home country after seven years, when asylum is been refused? Anyone in the same boat? Will it effect our future extension?

It will depend on the information you given to them to support your asylum claim and on their refusal.

If asylum is refused and within the same time frame seven years have completed, and we get dlr then can we go to home country or no?

you mean discretionary leave/FLR FP because your child have lived 7 years in UK. Then no issue to visit home country.
