We did contacted Tribunal First, and they advice to contact Abu Dhabi. It doesn't matter whether the will refuse my visa again, I don't think they have reason to anyway. The reason I was rejected the first time around was becuase I did not provide enough information and proof and when I sent the appeal I did sent everything that I think can help justify my case.
And I did send only one appeal as it was instructed.
I doubt that going thru it and not informing abu dhabi uk embassy will be a much bigger mistake.
My file, visa ref will be linked to any document I sent, was sent for application, appeal etc.
I just want to understand how this could have happened? The clerical error may be the culprit but reading how the appeal procedures, there is a big hole there saying someone made a mistake.
If so, then we can claim for compensation-at least to ease all the stress it caused us.
