P60 is issued by the employer with whom one is employed on 05-Apr, not a previous employer.
If someone worked since august of the last working year. can he get his P60 OR NOT

IS THERE ANY SPEIAL CONDITIONS TO GET P60

Why have you chosen to post and revive a topic that is 4 years old. Please do not dig up such old threads. I will split your post from the old topic.

Everyone should get a P60, issued at the end of the tax year, usually around end April or in May, regardless of how long they have been with their employer.

You can't get a P60 at any other point in the year, ie in December for example. If you do not get one, you should contact your HR or payroll department.

Thank you for help and spliting my post to new one.

I worked in PIZZA HUT from 27 Nov 2011 - 28 August 2012

I received my P60 for year 2011 in the first week of May 2012

but P60 for year 2012 did not receive.

when I contacted my Manager he told me that people who dont work more than a specific time they are not eligible to get this P60. as I worked just 5 months of that specific year.

In 2012, I worked from APRIL to AUGUST

can I claim for my old P60 form now in 2016?
because for this I can get my tax back sum of 500 pounds approx.

Where did you work after that from August/september onwards? If you had another employer after and worked for them till after April, they would have given you a P60. You only get ONE P60 per year and it is a records of ALL your income in that tax year.

Did you get a P45 when you left?

What are you asking for, what do you need a P60 for?

You won't be able to get it now, it is too late.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
