Help in filling british citizenship application

Application part asks for previous immigration application. My wife got ILR in august 2021 (SET O route)
Do i need to mention recent application or all previous records ?
With exact dates too?

It asks for all applications. Provide the details you have, including approx dates - I think the details are "if available".

Application ask for certificate of marriage or civil partnership
Our marriage not registered in uk. But wife has got all previous visa ILR on spouse basis. What documsnt do we provide for this

Just provide your marriage certificate you have. There is no requirement that a marriage done abroad has to be registered in the UK!
