Help ILR

Post by Ranu007 » Thu Dec 26, 2019 1:43 pm

Hi there . I desparately need some help for my husband. My husband has been on a spouse visa since 2011. He is now going to apply for ILR. I need advise if possible. He was in continuous employment up to March 2019. He then was made redundant and was actively looking for work with no luck. During this time he was getting support from his family to keep the household running. I am also employed and have been for last 30 years. So my income has been coming in regularly into the household as well. My husband has been employed since November 2019 to date so was out of work for over 8 months. We have 2 children. Can someone kindly advise what do i need to provide to HO. Does my hubby supply a letter with these details as well and how many payslips required and evidence from both of us. Thank you in advance for any help or advice

You have two topics from 2017 stating your husband already has ilr and was applying for citizenship?? So how can he still be applying for ilr 2.5 years later???

british-citizenship/documents-t234305.html#p1503138

british-citizenship/passport-expiry-t23 ... l#p1509380
Char (CR001 not Casa)
